Shipping Time
We do our best to process and ship your orders as fast and efficiently as possible. The time frame for doing this can be split into two parts:
- Processing time: After your payment is verified, we perform a quality check on the products and package them. Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the order to be shipped from our warehouse to you.

Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping for all orders in the Benelux area.
If you order from outside of the EU, it is possible that you need to pay additional costs for taxes, duties or customs. Elysian does not have control over these costs and you, the customer, are responsible for these additional costs. For more information about customs and taxes please contact your local customs office.
